		<description>I had the same experience with my Noreve case...delay in shipping, but overall pleased with the design except for the loose strap as you noted.  Then, right at about a month after I got the case, the same thing happened with the peg in the back coming loose.   I was able to speak with someone over the phone with NoreveUSA but they required that I mail the case back at my expense.  So I mailed it on January 8th.  I finally received an e-mail on January 28th that they're sending a new case.  I have a feeling that the problem with the peg is a design problem and almost expect that it will happen again with the new case.</description>
